The Voices in Harmony choir was originally formed in 1997 for a performance of Handel’s Messiah. Since then, the choir has performed in Worcester Cathedral, Birmingham Town Hall (for BBC’s Song of Praise), Symphony Hall, National Indoor Arena, Chester, Welshpool, Cricklade, Dudley Town Hall, Stourbridge Town Hall, Halesowen Cornbow Hall and in many other Black Country and West Midlands venues. They give six performances each year and having raised many thousands of pounds for numerous local and national charities.
Conductor Stephen Bradley was a lawyer prior to his retirement. He studied the cornet from the age of seven, eventually becoming a member of the National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain. He has been the musical director of Voices in Harmony since the formation of the choir in 1997.
